It’s about getting going. Or just moving. Work out when you feel like it. Have fun. Bring along a workout partner who has the same goals as you.

It’s okay to skip a workout; when your day is too demanding, time is short, or your motivation is at rock bottom.

Working out should never be something you do because you have to. You should do it because you want to get out there and get moving.

Acknowledge your initiative when you decide to be active – and on the move. If you want to train harder or more often, focus on small changes. Focus on the process, not the goal.

And remember to have fun! Walking, running or riding a bike should be fun, give you energy and make you happy.
